The Campanion App is your go-to hub for everything camp! (Download on the App Store of Google Play)

• Login with your Parent Portal credentials to pull up your account (same one you registered your camper with).

• Upload a current photo of your camper so we can tag their smiling face in all the weekly photos.

Counselors & Codes

We will send you an email with your camper(s) counselor name, pick-up location and pick-up code. Please keep these on hand. We will ask for the counselor name at drop-off, and the counselor name(s) and pick-up code(s) at pick-up.

Drop-Off Info

Time: 8:00 – 9:00 AM

Location: Front Entrance Loop (See Map)

Follow the flow of traffic and our friendly Drop-Off Team will guide you.

Please come to a complete stop—we’ll help your camper out and get them safely to their group. Let us know your camper’s counselor name at drop-off.

Pick-Up Info

Time: 3:30 – 4:15 PM

Do not arrive before 3:30 PM. We cannot block Newt Patterson Drive. If you need to pick up early, please call ahead to let us know. You will pick up your camper at either Location 1 or Location 2. If you have a camper at Location 1 and Location 2, please pick up at Location 1 first.

Early Pick-up closes 30 minutes prior to the gates opening. Please call ahead to let us know your plans!

What to Pack Daily

Please send your camper with a labeled backpack including: lunch, towel, sunscreen, bug spray, refillable water bottle, swimsuit (already on under clothes), and closed-toe shoes.

Dress Code Reminder

Girls: Midsection must be covered (one-piece or tankini).

Boys: Swim shorts (can be worn all day with a shirt or rash guard).

No speedos, please.

Bringing Medication?

Must be listed on your camper’s Health History form (mark “YES” for bringing medication). Send meds in their original containers, inside a labeled ziplock bag. Hand meds directly to a staff member at drop-off. All medication is securely stored and returned on Friday. Our Camp Health Officer will contact you with any questions.

No Phones at Camp

Let your kids unplug and connect with nature! If you need to reach your camper during the day, call the Camp Office at 817-672-5285 (press 1).

All communication will go through our Directors—counselors are not available by phone during the day.
