Our 22 acres of beautiful outdoor space are the perfect place for kids to laugh, play, and celebrate the season. Campers will spend their days fishing by the pond, crafting festive creations, playing favorite camp games like Anothen Ball, and joining in Bible study that reminds us of the true joy of Christmas.
This day will be filled with holiday cheer, friendship, and adventure—all led by our caring, experienced staff who make sure everyone feels welcome and encouraged. Whether they’re reconnecting with old camp friends or meeting new ones, every camper will experience the magic of the season, Camp Anothen style.

Leadership Development Day
Get ready for an engaging, hands-on experience designed just for 7th–9th grade students!
Leadership Development Day is an interactive program that helps young leaders grow in confidence, strengthen communication skills, and learn how to work effectively with others—all in a fun, supportive camp environment. It also leads beautifully into our Summer Leadership In Training Program.
Throughout the day, participants will take on a series of team-building activities, leadership challenges, and creative problem-solving exercises that inspire collaboration and personal growth. It’s the perfect balance of meaningful development and camp-style fun.
Whether you’re already leading the way or just beginning to discover your leadership potential, this day is all about unplugging, stepping up, supporting others, and learning what it means to make a positive impact.

Tour Day
Join Us for Camp Anothen Tour Day!
Come experience Camp Anothen firsthand! During Tour Day, families will be guided around campus by one of our Directors, giving you an inside look at where the summer fun happens. You’ll get to see our archery range, fishing pond, obstacle course, kayaking area, craft spaces, outdoor play zones, and the wooded areas where so many adventures take place. It’s a great way to get to know our Christ-centered camp community and picture your child’s summer of growth, friendships, and fun.

Sports 2 Day Camps
Completed K – Completed 6th Grade
Monday, November 10th 4:30 PM to 6 PM and Tuesday, November 11th 4:30 PM to 6 PM
Campers enjoy variety of team sports in a two-evening, fundamental-focused setting. Through hands-on play in football, basketball, baseball, and soccer, campers build basic skills, boost confidence, and learn the value of teamwork—all in an encouraging, playful atmosphere. No prior experience is needed, and all equipment is provided to help every camper jump right in!

Camp Anothen Tour
On March 29th, we’ll be giving a detailed tour around our property being sure to show you all the important spots around our 22 acre camp and where your kids will be spending their time.
If you’re interested, be sure to reserve your spot as soon as possible and feel free to bring your whole family along with you so they can see the camp for themselves!
The tour will start at 10 AM outside of our school building near our Camp Anothen sign. Hope to see all our new camper families there!

Camp Staff Day
If you are interested in working with us at Camp Anothen in our Leadership in Training (LIT Program or as a Counselor (LIT ages 14+), Camp Staff Days are a GREAT way to get started!
These days are about community, where we will work on projects together, meet the team, and get accustomed to camp! Our goal is to create strong, Christian relationships with one another before entering in the summer season. Work days are ‘come-and-go’ with lunch on us!

An Authentic Summer Camp Environment… Our goal is to give everyone the opportunity to try something unique in their everyday life and to do it outside. We use our 22 acre campus to give our campers the experience of playing outdoors. Fishing for bass, learning to shoot arrows, or kayaking in our ponds. We are often the first place a kiddo gets to try outdoors activities. Interested in seeing what it is all about? Come for a tour!

April Parent's Day Out
Ever want a day to yourselves?
Go to lunch or have a coffee date and we will spend the day with your camper(s)! We are putting on a fun day full of activities and a unique, camp experience. Join us from 10am - 3pm. You must register your child(ren) for this event. This day will be similar to our camp experience in the summer. If you, or your camper, are curious about joining us at camp next year, this would be the perfect day to try it out!
Bring a lunch for your child but a light snack will be provided!

Our Field Trip Packages can be created specific to you and your group! We would love to provide opportunities for leadership training and teamwork coordinated activities. Depending on your group's needs, we can offer other activities such as swimming, archery, and dodgeball. We also have several outdoor spaces that can be used for meetings or bible studies, including our covered pavilion.
