 Leadership Development Day is an interactive program that helps young leaders grow in confidence, strengthen communication skills, and learn how to work effectively with others—all in a fun, supportive camp environment. It also leads beautifully into our Summer Leadership In Training Program. 

Throughout the day, participants will take on a series of team-building activities, leadership challenges, and creative problem-solving exercises that inspire collaboration and personal growth. It’s the perfect balance of meaningful development and camp-style fun.

Whether you’re already leading the way or just beginning to discover your leadership potential, this day is all about unplugging, stepping up, supporting others, and learning what it means to make a positive impact.
